1. Information you provide
When you create a MY LIFE OS account, you may provide information such as your email address. We use this information to create and manage your account, help secure access, and communicate with you when necessary.
2. Personal content you choose to save
MY LIFE OS allows you to save personal content that you choose to enter, including tasks, goals, projects, learning records, ideas, hydration, movement, money records, notes, and progress. The information stored depends on how you choose to use the app.
3. How we use information
We use your information only as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve MY LIFE OS; authenticate your account; preserve your saved content; provide support; and comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect account information and personal content against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should use a strong, unique password and protect access to your devices and email account.
5. Data retention
We retain account information and saved content for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide MY LIFE OS. We may retain limited information for longer when required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, or enforcement of our agreements. Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups before they are deleted through normal backup cycles.
6. Account and data deletion
You may request deletion of your MY LIFE OS account and the personal content associated with it by emailing support@loveprospera.com from the email address connected to your account. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request. After verification, we will delete or de-identify the associated account data, except for limited records we are legally required or permitted to retain.
7. No sale of personal data
LOVE PROSPERA does not sell your personal data. We do not exchange your personal information for money or other valuable consideration.
8. Money records and financial disclaimer
MY LIFE OS may let you record personal money-related notes for your own organization. MY LIFE OS is not a bank, payment institution, accounting service, investment service, or financial advisory service. Information entered into the app does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
